Noor Alina has extensive experience in general corporate and commercial law. She provides a broad range of corporate advisory work and drafting of commercial contracts and agreements, including acquisition and disposal of assets for both movable and immovable assets (local and international ventures). She also advises clients on regulatory, licensing and compliance matters.
Since her early years in Lee, Perara & Tan, Noor Alina has been involved in numerous corporate exercises, including initial public offers and listing on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, equity offerings, private placements, rights issues, bonus issues and privatisation.
In addition to her fourteen years of experience as a practising lawyer, Noor Alina has approximately seven years of experience as in-house legal counsel for a public listed company and a private holding company and their respective group companies. This gives her a unique insight on corporate legal and operational matters, business practices and laws, and in proposing practical solutions to private and public companies.
