Yap Han Nee (Hannie)

Hannie’s practice is largely on conveyancing matters and assists in the firm’s real estate transactions ranging from developer cases, sub-sales and loan documentation for various banks.

She also has experience in court applications for non-contentious matters and is also involved in legalisation of documents, a process that authenticates documents to ensure they are recognised as valid and official in foreign countries.
